Shipping & Delivery
Waimin ships from Hong Kong. Shipping is quoted per order rather than charged at checkout, because the unit is 1.65 kg and the honest cost varies a lot by destination. We would rather tell you the real number than average it into the price.
Step 1
No payment is taken on the website. The order form tells us what you want and where it is going.
Step 2
Within 1 to 2 business days we email you to confirm stock, the delivery cost to your address, and how to pay.
Step 3
Once payment clears, your order is dispatched and you receive tracking details by email.

Transit times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and exclude customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If your country is not listed, just ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.
Order requests are reviewed on business days. We confirm within 1 to 2 business days, and dispatch within 2 business days of cleared payment.
Prices are quoted excluding import duties, GST/VAT, and customs handling fees. These are charged by your country, not by Waimin.
Every shipment is tracked. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch to the address on your order request.
Photograph the packaging and the unit and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace anything damaged in transit at no cost.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it, including return shipping where something was sent in error.
Pallet and carton freight is arranged separately. Lead times and Incoterms are confirmed with your trade quote.

Both the Waimin unit and replacement cartridges are warranted against manufacturing faults for 12 months in normal domestic use.
Unopened, unused product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault inside the warranty period, we cover return shipping and repair, replace, or refund it.
Please retain your receipt: it authenticates the warranty. Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live. To start a claim, email team@wai-min.com with your order details.
